The Upper Woodlands neighborhood is located in Maggie Valley NC and is a mountain community composed of both full-time and part-time residents. Our Association is responsible for the maintenance of named roads in the development, and your annual road fee funds this maintenance. Your board of directors are elected to 2-year terms and oversee the maintenance of the roads.
