Schedule of Fees

Annual Road Fee per Lot**      $800.00

** Fee is assessed based on the number of lots owned that are non-contiguous.  If property owner owns a second lot that is contiguous to another lot (on the same side of the road adjoining first lot), then the owner will be charged for one lot.  If the property owner owns a second lot that is not contiguous to first lot, then the owner is assessed a second fee for that lot.
Annual fees are invoiced as of January 1 each year, with late fee assessed for payments postmarked after February 15.  Invoices are mailed in December preceding the assessment year.



Road Impact Fee for New Home Construction ***   $2000.00

***Fee is due and payable when building permit is issued.
